The project involves construction and subsequent operation of a service station, food court and world-class hotel facilty along Ngundu Chiredzi highway (Tanganda Road) close to main entrance to Tokwe Mukosi Dam Wall at Tokwe river.
The service station, food court and the hotel facility is intended to alleviate the shortage of fuel, decent resting place and accommodation to travellers to ply Beitbridge – Beira corridor and to local and international tourists destined for the Tokwe Mukosi Dam Wall.
